Hannibal News – Censored Ep Now on iTunes

If the butchered (pun intended) webisodes of the censored Hannibal episode weren’t enough to whet your appetite, the full fourth episode, Ceuf, is now available on iTunes in the U.S. So if you’re willing to shell out $1.99 ($2.99 for HD), you can see the full plot that was deemed too dark for TV following the Boston bombings.

Unfortunately for Canadian fans, the same does not seem to be true north of the border, although the episode numbering skips from three to five, so episode four could always be added in later. Rumor has it that the episode may air normally in other countries (and has, I believe, already aired in parts of Asia).

To those who have seen the episode in its entirety, what do you think? Personally, I didn’t find it much darker or more scarring than any of the other episodes, and obviously the story hangs together much better than the censored version.
